Booking & Scheduling

How do I place an order for photography services?

All orders are placed directly through our website at www.cwventures.net/order. Simply choose your desired package, select any add-on services, and pick a date and time from our live calendar.

Do I need to create an account to book a shoot?

Yes. Creating an account allows you to manage your appointments, download your photos, and access invoices or receipts anytime.

How far in advance should I schedule my appointment?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time. During peak seasons, earlier scheduling is encouraged.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment through your client dashboard. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid rescheduling fees.

What happens if I need to reschedule within 24 hours of the shoot?

Appointments rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time may be subject to a late rescheduling fee, as time has already been reserved exclusively for your project.

On-Site & Preparation

Do I need to be present during the photo shoot?

Your presence is optional. As long as we have access to the property (through a lockbox or agent access), we can complete the shoot without anyone being present.

How long does a typical photo shoot take?

Most shoots take between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the size of the property and the number of services ordered.

What should I do to prepare the property before the photographer arrives?

Please make sure the home is clean, decluttered, and fully ready before the appointment. Turn on all lights, open blinds, and ensure all areas to be photographed are accessible. You can review our Property Prep List for details.

What if the property isn’t ready when the photographer arrives?

If the property isn’t photo-ready upon arrival, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a trip or cancellation fee may apply. Please ensure the property is fully prepared before the scheduled time.

Can you photograph community amenities or nearby attractions?

Yes, we can. We capture amenities such as pools, clubhouses, parks, and gyms to enhance your listing.

Do you need the address for the amenities to be photographed?

Yes. We require a valid address or location for each amenity to ensure accurate navigation and inclusion in your photo package.

Services & Add-Ons

What’s included in the Whole House Plus package?

The Whole House Plus package includes interior and exterior HDR photos, plus drone aerials and community amenities (if applicable). It’s our most complete option for maximum exposure.

What’s the difference between Standard HDR and Single Flash Photography?

HDR combines multiple exposures to balance lighting, while Single Flash uses professional lighting equipment to achieve more natural tones and sharper color accuracy — ideal for luxury homes or mixed lighting spaces.

Do you offer drone or aerial photos?

Yes. We are FAA-licensed drone operators and provide aerial photography and video services that highlight your property’s layout, lot size, and surroundings.

Can I order video walkthroughs or highlight reels?

Absolutely. We create professional video walkthroughs and highlight reels that showcase the flow and feel of the property — perfect for MLS, YouTube, and social media.

Do you offer virtual staging or floor plans?

Yes. You can add virtual staging, schematic floor plans, and Zillow 3D tours to any package for an enhanced presentation.

What is a Zillow 3D tour, and how does it work?

A Zillow 3D Home Tour is an interactive walkthrough that allows buyers to virtually explore the property, helping your listing stand out online.

Do you provide same-day delivery?

Rush delivery may be available depending on your project size. Standard turnaround is next-day delivery by 9 a.m. following your shoot.

Delivery & Editing

How long does it take to receive my photos after the shoot?

Standard delivery is by 9 a.m. the next morning after your appointment.

How will I receive my photos and videos?

You’ll receive an email with a link to your online gallery where you can download, share, or post your images directly to MLS and social media.

Can I request edits or re-touches after delivery?

Yes. Minor adjustments can be requested within 3 days of delivery. Major re-edits or re-shoots may incur additional fees.

Why does the framing of my photo sometimes look tighter after editing?

During editing, our team straightens and crops photos for perfect alignment. This may slightly tighten the framing, so we recommend leaving extra space during capture.

What’s your policy on re-shoots?

Re-shoots are available when necessary due to property changes or additional requests. Fees may apply unless the issue was an error on our end.

Pricing & Payments

How much do your photography packages cost?

You can view current pricing and package options on our Order Page. Prices vary depending on the package and add-ons selected.

Do you charge travel fees?

Yes, travel fees may apply for properties located outside the Metro Atlanta service area. Any applicable fees will be shown before checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout.

When is payment due?

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes for partner agents?

Yes. We partner with select brokerages and affiliates who receive exclusive promo codes. Check with your office or marketing coordinator for available discounts.

How do I use a promo code like HERITAGE or KWWEST when ordering?

Enter your promo code in the “Promo Code” field at checkout before completing your order to apply your discount automatically.

Policies

What happens if the photographer arrives early?

Our photographers may arrive up to 1 hour earlier than your scheduled time to accommodate travel and setup. Please ensure the property is accessible within that window.

What if it rains on the day of the shoot?

In the event of bad weather, we’ll contact you to reschedule at no charge. You may also choose to proceed with interior photos and reschedule exteriors for a later date.

Do you charge a fee for cancellations or no-shows?

Yes. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time or missed appointments may incur a fee due to the reserved time slot.

Do you photograph tenant-occupied homes?

Yes. Please ensure tenants are aware of the appointment and the property is in photo-ready condition at the scheduled time.

What areas do you service?

We primarily service the Metro Atlanta area and surrounding counties. Extended service areas may include additional travel fees.
